These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement", "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and klwin32 ("klwin32", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming and sports betting platform accessible at https://klwin32.cam (the "Platform").

By accessing, browsing, registering an account on, or using any part of the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound in full by these Terms and all policies incorporated herein by reference, including the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gambling Policy, and any promotion-specific terms published on the Platform.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and, if you have already registered, contact our support team to close your account.

• "Balance" means the aggregate of deposited funds and any credited bonus funds held in a Player's Account at any given time.

• "Real Money Funds" means funds deposited by a Player using their own money, excluding Bonus Funds.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a Bonus amount must be wagered before any associated winnings may be withdrawn.
• "Withdrawal" means a request by a Player to transfer funds from their Account Balance to an approved payment method held in their name.

To register and maintain an Account on klwin32, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

2. You are registering as an individual acting on your own behalf, and not on behalf of another person or as a corporate entity.
3. You do not already hold an existing Account on the Platform. Each individual is entitled to a maximum of one (1) Account.

5. You are not accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is expressly prohibited under applicable local law, or where klwin32's licence does not permit service.
6. You are not on any self-exclusion list or have not otherwise agreed to be excluded from gambling services.

To register an Account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information as requested during the registration process, including but not limited to: your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and phone number. You agree to update this information promptly should any details change.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. klwin32 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised use of your Account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

You must notify klwin32 support immediately if you believe your Account has been accessed without your authorisation. klwin32 reserves the right to suspend any Account pending investigation of suspected unauthorised access.

Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate Account termination and forfeiture of funds held therein.

klwin32 is required under the conditions of its international gaming licence to conduct KYC verification on all Account holders. KYC verification may be required at the point of registration, at the point of first withdrawal, or at any other time at klwin32's reasonable discretion.

For Malaysian players, acceptable identity documents include:

• Malaysian Identity Card (MyKad) — front and back, clearly legible
• Malaysian passport — photo page
• Proof of payment method (e.g. screenshot of registered Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, or bank account showing your name and account number)

klwin32 aims to complete KYC review within 24 hours of document submission. During the review period, withdrawal requests may be placed on hold. You will be notified by email and in-app notification upon completion of the verification review.

Providing fraudulent, altered, or third-party identity documents constitutes a serious breach of these Terms, will result in permanent Account closure, and may be reported to relevant authorities.

klwin32 accepts deposits via the following approved payment methods available to Malaysian players: FPX, DuitNow, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank online transfer, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank PBe, Hong Leong Connect, and cryptocurrency (USDT, BTC). The Platform may add or remove available payment methods at any time.

Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed at the point of deposit. As a general guide, the minimum deposit is RM50 for most fiat payment methods and the equivalent in cryptocurrency for digital asset deposits.

You confirm that all funds deposited into your Account are from legitimate sources and you are the authorised holder of the payment method used. klwin32 does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources. Any such deposit will be reversed and the Account suspended pending investigation.

Players may request withdrawal of Real Money Funds from their Account at any time, subject to the following conditions:

1. KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal is processed.
2. Any active Bonus Funds wagering requirements applicable to the Account must be fully satisfied prior to withdrawal of associated winnings.
3. Withdrawal requests must be made to a payment method registered in the Player's own name. klwin32 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts.

5. Daily and monthly withdrawal limits apply per account tier. Gold VIP tier Players are subject to higher withdrawal limits than Bronze and Silver tier Players.

Expected processing times for Malaysian players: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, and GrabPay withdrawals are typically processed in under 5 minutes. DuitNow and FPX transfers to Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, RHB, and Hong Leong are typically processed in 5–15 minutes. Direct bank wire transfers may take up to 60 minutes. These are estimates only and actual times may vary.

klwin32 reserves the right to carry out enhanced due diligence checks on withdrawal requests above certain thresholds, which may temporarily extend processing times. Players will be notified if such a review is initiated.

Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms, which are published on the relevant promotion page. The following general bonus terms apply to all promotions:

• All bonuses are available to eligible Players aged 21 and above only.
• Each welcome bonus offer may only be claimed once per Player, household, IP address, or device.
• Wagering requirements must be met using Real Money Funds first before Bonus Funds are used unless otherwise specified in the promotion terms.
• Bonus Funds are non-transferable and have no cash value until associated wagering requirements are fully met.
• klwin32 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Any Player suspected of bonus abuse — including but not limited to systematic low-risk wagering patterns designed to exploit wagering requirements — may have their bonus forfeited and Account reviewed.
• Bonus offers cannot be combined unless explicitly stated in the promotion terms.

All wagers placed on the klwin32 Platform — whether on casino games, live dealer tables, the sportsbook, esports markets, or any other offered product — are subject to the specific game and product rules published within the Platform, as well as the following general betting rules:

1. Once confirmed by the Player and accepted by the system, bets cannot be cancelled or modified unless a game malfunction is confirmed by our technical team.
2. klwin32 reserves the right to void any bet placed at an erroneous or manifestly incorrect price (e.g., due to a data feed error or system fault) or on an event whose outcome was known at the time the bet was placed.
3. In the event of a sportsbook live betting outage or technical issue during an in-play event, klwin32 reserves the right to void affected bets. Players will be notified and funds returned to Account Balance.
4. klwin32 operates a maximum payout limit per event per player. Limits vary by sport and market type and are displayed in the relevant betting interface. Bets that exceed these limits will not be accepted without prior approval.
5. The minimum stake per bet varies by product type. Details are displayed at the point of bet placement.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform and will result in immediate Account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of funds, and where warranted, reporting to relevant legal authorities:

• Opening or operating multiple Accounts simultaneously or in succession
• Providing false or fraudulent identity information at any stage of registration or KYC
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or exploit game mechanics
• Colluding with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in poker, live dealer games, or any other multi-player product
• Exploiting game glitches, software errors, or technical malfunctions to place bets or accumulate winnings unfairly
• Engaging in systematic bonus abuse, arbitrage betting strategies designed to circumvent wagering requirements, or similar exploitative patterns
• Money laundering or any other use of the Platform in connection with illegal financial activity
• Chargebacks — disputing legitimate and authorised transactions with your payment provider
• Using the Platform on behalf of a third party or syndicating bets without klwin32's express written consent

All content on the klwin32 Platform — including but not limited to software, source code, graphics, logos, icons, images, text, trade marks, and service marks — is the exclusive property of klwin32 or its content licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your own personal and recreational gambling purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, redistribute, sell, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content on the Platform.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, klwin32, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, data, or goodwill — arising from or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform.

klwin32's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, shall not exceed the total value of funds held in your Account at the time the claim arises.

klwin32 makes no warranty that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. You access the Platform at your own risk. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of planned maintenance that may affect service availability.

klwin32 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time and without prior notice if:

• We have reasonable grounds to believe you have breached any provision of these Terms
• You have provided false or misleading information during registration or KYC
• We are required to do so to comply with our regulatory obligations or applicable law
• Fraudulent, illegal, or suspicious activity is detected in connection with your Account
• You have failed to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period of being requested to do so

You may close your Account at any time by contacting klwin32 support. Upon closure, any verified Real Money Balance will be returned to your registered payment method, subject to completion of any pending KYC requirements. Bonus Funds are forfeited upon voluntary Account closure unless explicitly stated otherwise.

klwin32 is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. We recognise that for a small number of players, gambling may become problematic. The following responsible gambling tools are available to all Account holders at no charge:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps via your Account settings. Limits take effect immediately when reduced.
• Session Time Reminders: Opt in to notifications that alert you to the duration of your active gaming session.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your Account for a defined period (24 hours, 7 days, 30 days) without the need to permanently close your account.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself from the Platform via a request to our support team. Self-exclusion is irreversible for the duration agreed (minimum 6 months). During self-exclusion, you will receive no marketing communications from klwin32.

We aim to acknowledge all formal complaints within 24 hours and to provide a substantive resolution within 5 business days. If you remain dissatisfied with our resolution, you may escalate to the relevant licensing authority's player dispute process.

Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via email and/or in-app notification at least 7 days before the changes take effect, where practicable. The effective date of the current version is displayed at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any change to the Terms, you must stop using the Platform and close your Account prior to the effective date of the change.
